As a participant in the CardCash™ rewards program, you have been selecting "Credit" when making purchases with your debit card. We have determined due to changes in the way some merchants process transactions, even though you have selected "Credit", the merchant was able to run your transaction as a "Debit" without a PIN; running transactions as a "Debit" is more beneficial for merchants. When the merchant chooses to process in this manner, the transactions are no longer eligible for cash back rewards. Neither TSB nor CardCash™ have any control over the merchant’s processing selection.
